Has anyone noticed how the staff on the front desk dress? Made my daughters and I feel very uncomfortable. I mean come on, we need to look down at these employees because of the way this office is set up. I am very sure they are aware that their chest is almost out and the way they sit so darn close to their desk like really? It sucks because this location is walking distance to us which is amazing. Haven't been here in a while so maybe things have changed and my family would give it another try! The staff behind the door are amazing. My daughter was in this room and I noticed the filth immediately. Not to mention the protective glasses my daughter had to wear A good cleaning and appropriate dressed employees š and this place would be perfect!
Maria is very professional and was able to help me with payment plan base on my budget. Maria makes you feel like a family which I love that. Dr Patel is great too! I would recommend everyone to come to this office very clean everyone very nice !
This place was on the list for my new dental plan so I went to check it out. I was ignored by the clerk for several minutes before she acknowledge my presence. The waiting area was nice so I asked if it was possible to see the treatment area prior to selecting this facility. The clerk said one word "NO!" There was no effort to offer a scheduled tour or anything.
She then turned her back, began chatting with co workers and did not say another word. OMG! the rudeness!!! I've been to offices that had nice waiting rooms, however, the treatment areas were not the same. So this was important to me. Wow! exactly how dirty was the place???? I'll never know because I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
They are very professional and amable, Iām very pleased with the dental work they did. I definitely will take my boy there. Thanks for all your help and God bless you all.
Maria was great, she was a really great help alongside Dr.Pate and also his assistant Juana, they really did a great job and very professional overall!
