My mom sold her home in San Bernardino last month and we had the fortune to have real estate agent Christina Vich sell the house quickly and effortlessly on our part. Christina went the extra miles to help my mom who moved suddenly due to illness, by getting some of the furniture she left behind moved out. She helped prepare the house to show it and had several open house sessions to get my mom's house sold as quickly as possible. She also tried very hard to sell it for the appraised price but informed my mom when it was a good time to reduce it a little to get more interest in the property. To our surprise and happiness it sold shortly after that.
