Corporate Representation:

Expansion: Business growth represents new opportunities for companies to expand their business model.  I represent clients in emerging legal areas including: contracts, licensing, equity and debt financing, buy-sell agreements, and private placements. I currently serve as the primary external counsel to several companies and I've had the pleasure of representing other privately-held clients in a variety of sophisticated transactions.

Community Engagement:

I strongly believe in civic engagement and I have been committed to serving in several of Atlanta's legal and civic organizations.
