The Brentwood Muslim Community Center was established in 2010. Since then, our community has grown exponentially. We are a second home to over 600 culturally and socioeconomically diverse families, yet it feels like their primary home for some. The current capacity for masjid is not enough anymore, which warrants a bigger and better space that not only accommodates more people for praying but can serve community needs for events, parking, and kids/youth activities. Alhumdulillah, we found an ideal land almost next to our current masjid to accomplish this. Our offer for the 8.16-acre land has been accepted for $1,500,000.00, and we deposited $70,000.00. We have a due date of April 2023 to pay the rest. PLEASE DONATE!

6 years agoSmall neighborhood mosque. Mixed ethnicities and a lot of families with small children. The Imam is young and gives good khutbas (sermons) based on everyday issues. **Gets crowded on Friday for Jumaa for congregational prayer and worshippers tend to overflow to back courtyard to pray outside. If you don't mind the sun, praying outside is a very peaceful experience here.**

10 years agoMasjid is active for all the five daily prayers. Very active community, frequent events. Talks every day after Fajr and Fridays after Ishaa. There's usually events during the weekends, and if not the youth usually get together and do something at the Madjid anyway. Very welcoming community.
