Brandon Scott Sipherd

Biography

Brandon is an attorney in the Employment Law department at Pearson Butler. He graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010. During law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of Hofstra’s Labor & Employment Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, and co-founder of the Art Law & Culture Society. After graduation, he practices employment law in New York before relocating to Washington State. In Washington, Brandon founded a successful employment law practice before going in-house. Brandon is a compassionate and dedicated advocate, doing all he can to achieve results for his clients. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Washington Rising Star” from 2014 to 2018.

Brandon attended Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies & Arabic. While in college, he spent 4 months at the University of Jordan in Amman studying Arabic. Brandon speaks Arabic and is fluent in Spanish.

Brandon enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking in the mountains with his husky, and writing short stories.
