Started with the simple idea of baklava being the crown dessert of all, and questioning why it did not make it to the mainstream baking in the USA for over a century. Most Americans perceived baklava as this overwhelmingly sweet, sticky, gooey, syrupy, or super dry ethnic dessert. Yet baklava is a lot more popular than apple pie and cheesecake combined outside of the United States. It was just made wrong and we had to "right" this and SO WE DID! This is the American Baklava and The BEST!
