The motivations are endless. Atif’s real estate career began at the age of 20 with working at one of the largest real estate investment trusts in North America. He studied Assessment & Appraisal of real property. At the same time that he was working as a consultant for a very large real estate company, he began investing in real estate for myself and I considered becoming a Realtor except it wasn’t my desire at that time. Later, his parents decided it was time to sell the home that they grew up in and, unfortunately, they had a horrible agent who lied and took advantage of them. He remembered seeing his mom crying because of the experience. From that point on, he committed to becoming the absolute best agent in my market at getting the best results for every one of his clients and make sure his parent’s bad experience never happened to anyone he could help.
