In the mid-80's, Edward Farah opened Alia's Family Dining in Southfield, MI, offering delicious homemade meals to the local neighborhood and surrounding areas. Edward was his own executive chef and operating manager, creating an exquisite cuisine based on his Mediterranean influenced kitchen training. In 1997, Edward was approached to cater a small event of about 40 people and after a successful response, he decided to enter the catering arena bringing on board his son Etienne as catering director to assist with the new project. With father and son working side by side….they bring to you Alia's Catering. Servicing southeast Michigan for over 25 years.
