Based on my thirty-one years in California, and twenty-four years of practice as a Broker/Realtor in California’s diverse neighborhoods, I bring an interesting blend of skills to the job of dealing with Real Estate Properties. I find a great satisfaction in meeting the needs of the public. I hold a degree in Engineering, also an extensive marketing background. I excel in catering to the individual needs and requirements of sellers and buyers. I?m dedicated to providing an outstanding customer service and upholding professional standards. My perseverance and determination has allowed me to work in benefits towards my clients, and it has resulted in strong negotiating skills and successfully closed transactions. I also pride myself in my civic involvement in Orange County. I have been recognized by the California Legislature for my commitment and dedication to the labor community in Orange County, promoting justice and workers rights. Additionally I work with local organizations dedicated to improving the quality of Orange County schools.
