in the last weekIt was my first time eating here even though I lived in SF for two decades. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have table service, which is rare now. The gentlemen working were quick to bring menus. The food came out fast. I enjoyed the atmosphere, it was a tad nicer than a standard take out shawarma place. The food was pretty delicious, if not standard. I had lamb and beef shawarma wrap and the iced mint tea., which was yummy and refreshing, though probably a lot of sugar. Overall, I think this is a good joint to get a good bite to eat with no surprises.

3 weeks agoFrom my 4 day trip in San Francisco, this was the best meal of the trip. Flavor on point!! Portions on point!!! My tummy says thank you. I couldn't wait to start eating. Sorry, presentation was much better!!

2 months agoThey have a really good burger with a unique taste of a little chili Arabic spice. The fries is hand cut and taste good. Honestly, I did not like Taboule; it was not a real Taboule. They gave us a free snack of pickles; it was good.

5 months agoAuthentic and tasty. We had the vegetarian platter with an extra stuffed falafel with mozzarella cheese. Everything on the plate was great, the hummus, baba ghanoush, falafels were crispy and great. Will definitely visit again. Found my go to middle Eastern place especially for the falafel now.

4 months agoI woke up today craving their shawarma fries. Not only does this place serve fantastic food but the owner and his staff are wonderful. We lived up the street from them during our time in SF and has so many delicious meals here. Not only that but I often dined in and relaxed knowing I would not be rushed along, could order delicious mint tea and just think my thoughts. If he was out sweeping the sidewalk, the owner would say hi to us whenever we walked past (our nervous dog too!) He was so neighborly. A truly excellent place and a jewel of the neighborhood.
