A. Andrew OBeidy

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Mr. OBeidy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.

After graduation, Mr. OBeidy served in Her Majesty’s Royal Canadian Air Force in Canada.In 2010, Mr. OBeidy founded OBeidy & Associates, P.A.

Mr. OBeidy previously served as the Southern District Area Representative for the National Employment Lawyers Association (Florida Chapter). Mr. OBeidy is an active member of Florida NELA, National Employment Lawyer’s Association, the Florida Bar and the California Bar.

Mr. OBeidy has experience in the Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the state of California. Mr. OBeidy lectures on labor and employment topics and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) refers cases to him.
