Shadia holds a JD from Penn State's Dickinson School of Law, in addition to a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Harrisburg School of Public Affairs.
Shadia has over a decade of experience as a litigation attorney, working in criminal, civil, and immigration litigation.
She has argued a wide array of cases ranging from local, state, to federal court.
