Maryann Zaki is a commercial litigator who helps clients resolve disputes in state and federal courts.
Maryann regularly assists clients in the defense of various disputes including breach of contract, product liability, toxic tort, intellectual property, employment, and personal injury cases.
Most recently, Maryann has assisted with the representation of a client involved in nationwide product liability litigation.
Maryann has been named as a Texas Rising Star for three consecutive years in 2019–2021, and a Texas Women’s Rising Star in 2020.
