Byblos Cafe and Grill is a Halal certified restaurant, with three locations ready to serve our patrons with the best cuisine around town. Named after a city located along the Mediterranean Sea, Byblos Café and Grill serves traditional and nouvelle MiddleEastern cuisine. Our restaurant has flourished at a rapid pace over the years due to our commitment to serving only the freshest, most highquality fare. Byblos purchases seasonal local produce and selects the majority of our meat straight from the slaughterhouse.
Since its’ start, Byblos has been featured in numerous media outlets. Our owner, chef Brian Ahmad, has participated in Tuesdays cooking segments on Local 4 Detroit and has been featured in other media outlets including The Metro Times, The Detroit News, Midtown Detroit Inc., Metromix Detroit, and more. Byblos Cafe and Grill is also a prominent staple in some of the biggest festivals the city offers. Such festivals include The Movement Electronic Music Festival and The Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix.
