The Baitul Mukarram Islamic Association (BMIA) is a prominent organization serving the growing Muslim community in Regina, Canada.
Established with the aim of meeting the diverse needs of the community, BMIA offers a range of religious and community services, including daily salah timings, Quran classes for boys and girls, and educational workshops on topics such as Janazah Salah and Azan and Iqamah.
The association also organizes various events throughout the year, such as the annual BBQ, Eidul Adha Salah, and Masjid Aqsah drawing competition, providing opportunities for community engagement and empowerment.
With a dedicated team led by Imam Mufassil Quran Maulana Altaf Hossen, who holds a BA Honours, MA, and MPhil in Islamic Studies, as well as a Masters in Tafseerul Quran and Ulumul Hadith, BMIA strives to empower the community with knowledge and promote a strong sense of faith and unity.
Through their commitment to providing appropriate marriage services, weekly Halaqas, and Tafseerul Quran sessions, BMIA aims to foster a vibrant and inclusive Muslim community in Regina, where individuals can deepen their understanding of Islam and strengthen their connection with Allah.
